Practice limited to Medicaid, guardianship and issues concerning the mentally ill, developmentally disabled or the elderly, including turnover proceedings for the recovery of converted assets, divorce, and real estate.  Litigation involving guardianship, probate, administration, and trusts, as well as turnover proceedings conducted in Kings County Supreme Courts, as well as Richmond and Queens County Supreme Courts.  I am appointed as guardian for various indigent and/or mentally ill wards, obtaining entitlements for those wards, finding them housing, dealing with housing issues and resolution of same.  I also prepare Accountings, budgeting and perform day to day management of wards.

I supervise two to three employees on a daily basis, as well as social workers, aides and other caregivers.

I have perfected and argued appeals in the First and Second Department of the Supreme Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Currently serving as a Court Examiner in Richmond County by designation of the Second Department of the New York State Supreme Court.
