Norine Wong, MSW, ACSW, LSW, CCM is a medical social worker/case manager with over 35 years of experience. Since 2012, she is the VP of Operations and Business Development with FirstVitals Health and Wellness, Inc. where her current responsibilities include program development, operations management, supporting physicians practices with care management services. She believes in planning proactively for a life with choices and is integrating a program developed at Northwestern University Illinois called “Plan Your Life Span.” She is also a certified Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) Lifestyle Coach, implementing a self-management program with a focus on prevention of microvascular diseases.
She is also a Medical Social Work staff member with the Pacific Islands Geriatric Education Center.
She previously worked as Clinical Director at Ho’okele Health Innovations; Executive Director of Community Case Management Corp, a private case management company she designed and managed; Director of Family Services at Shriners Hospital for Children; and medical social worker at Queen’s Medical Center.
Ms. Wong was born and raised in Hawaii. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places and cultures.
